Certainly! While we typically get better discounts with our suppliers, you are welcome to supply your own. Just contact us prior to placing your order with us for more info. We do not offer the same guarantees on customer supplied garments and may have limitations on what we can print on. We are also unable to replace customer supplied garments if there is an issue in the printing process. We cannot accept customer supplied garments for DTG orders unfortunately.

We will help with determining the size of the print but we do have limitations depending on the style of shirt. Below is our maximum print sizes. Please note, we are unable to print oversized designs. We have over 40 standard or in-stock ink colors for screen printing. Please let us know if you need a custom ink color, we can custom mix just about any color out there! DTG Printing offers unlimited color options although it may be difficult to match exact pantone colors using DTG.

We can print photographs without limitation using our DTG printing services. Generally, photographic images are not recommended for screen printing. Please send us your image and we will determine whether we can print it or help find someone who can.

Yes, this is not a problem as long as you use the same ink color. For example, it’s not a problem for us to print black ink on an order containing green, blue, and yellow t-shirts. We charge a $15 ink change fee for each ink change on each order. So if we need to change from white ink to black ink, we would need to charge an extra $15 to cover our costs. There are no additional charges for DTG orders.

Unfortunately, we have to stick to our minimum order of 24 for each order for screen printing orders. Larger orders will be discounted depending on the quantity of shirts ordered. We can offer samples using DTG printing although there may be slight variations in DTG printing and screen printing. Either method you choose, you will receive an electronic proof of your design and the general layout. You must approve this proof before we can print.

As we are providing a printing service and not an actual t-shirt manufacturer, we need to order the blank apparel from the manufactures. Therefore, we require a 50% deposit before starting any custom orders with the balance due on pickup or prior to shipping. We will send an invoice prior to starting your order and you will be able to make payment online using a credit card or electronic check.

We give you a 24 hour grace period to alter your order. If you decide to cancel beyond 24 hours, there is a $50 min fee (artwork already prepared may change cancellation fee) and you must pay the restocking fees from the manufacture for the garments (typically 20%)

Our standard turn around time is 7-10 business days on screen printing orders. You may choose to Rush your order for 3-5 business day service. You may also choose Super Rush service for 1 business day service. We are unable to offer same day or next day printing. Additional charges apply to rush orders. DTG printing typically takes 24-48 hours but we do keep a limited selection of blanks on hand for those needing faster printing services. Please contact us prior to placing your order to see if we can accommodate faster service if needed.
